Welcome to Shiloh Church!

Shiloh Church serves the South Hills and nearby areas of Pittsburgh, PA. We believe that God created each person with a unique purpose. Shiloh is a place to meet with God and a loving church family to discover His wonderful plan for us. Come join us on the journey. We currently are meeting on Sundays at 10 am.

The purpose of this site is to share faith building stories about God as well as information about our church. So please post encouraging words, stories, prayer requests and answered prayer. Invite others to join as well – this is to be a platform for God activities so your church home is not relevant.

The Lord gets his best soldiers out of the highlands of affliction.

Charles Spurgeon

What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us.

A. W. Tozer

The greatest freedom is to be obedient and faithful to God. As we yield ourselves to God’s love and mercy, we are liberated from the suffering of sins. No longer are we dominated by unreasonable fears, compulsions and addictions. We live in peace and unity with all people. Despair and rage pass away. Yet, these things only come when we bear the responsibilities for our own behavior, admitting our faults and receiving God’s forgiveness.

Bishop Joseph Garlington

I am the way the truth and the life.

Are the things you are living for worth Christ dying for?

Leonard Ravenhill

In a divided society, only the church can model unity

Bishop Joseph Garlington

Manhood and Christlikeness are synonymous

Dr. Ed Cole

The essence of manhood is maturity. Maturity does not come with age. Maturity comes with the acceptance of responsibility. You’re only young once, but you can live immature for a lifetime. Some men are mature at 17 while others are immature at 70. Men who choose to mature, mature.

Dr. Ed Cole
